Gaining extensive experience with recognized brands like Café Coffee Day, Domino’s, and OYO, Hemendra developed an operational understanding of hospitality technology, expansion, and service before transitioning to hotel ownership and travel-tech founding.

Managing hotel properties gave Hemendra exposure to both ends of the market: travellers seeking affordability and flexibility, and hotel owners looking for higher occupancy and distribution. This led to creating Hourly Hotel Deals (HHD), and ultimately inspired the larger vision behind TripSetu.
